Blackberry Rhubarb Crumble Pie


We saved our last batch of rhubarb for these pies!  Pie lovers love rhubarb, and so do we! This twist uses blackberries and a sweet crumble to balance the rhubarb. With a hint of almond extract it’s a dynamic combo. Warm, sweet, crunchy! These pies are a little sweet, a little tart, and a lot sentimental. If you like Strawberry Rhubarb, this is your next pie.

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.


Ingredients:  Boackberries, rhubarb, flour, butter, sugar, oats, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, almond extract, vanilla extract, lemon zest, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
