Each Piedaho Pie is handmade in Hailey, Idaho using the best local ingredients we can get our hands on! We work with local farms to bring you the sweetest berries, ripest peaches and tastiest fruit we can find.
Piedaho’s owner and head baker, Rebecca Bloom, has always had a love of baking. Experimenting and spending time in the kitchen at a young age with her mother are some of her fondest childhood memories. Rebecca took this passion to cooking school at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris after college, and worked on and off at top kitchens in Los Angeles.
At Piedaho Bakery, we embrace the belief that anyone can pull up a chair at our table, share a piece of pie, some conversation, and leave feeling nurtured and heard. Cooking and baking and love all whipped up together in a delicious bite!

Using the tastiest ingredients, our pie artists make, bake and flash freeze your pie.
Step 2 - We ship your frozen pie to you using 2-day shipping
We ship our pies to you using UPS 2-Day shipping. We have perfected our packaging to ensure that your pie stays fresh, no matter where you live!
Step 3 - Reheat Your Pie when you are ready to enjoy your pie
Reheat your pie right away or put it in the freezer until you are ready!
