Everyone loves Apple Pie! This pie uses a mix of Idaho apples, some from our own tree, and pairs them with an unexpected twist, Chai! Our Chai Apple Pie gives you the Apple pie you love mixed with cinnamon, but with the added flavors of cardamon, ginger, allspice, cloves and a pinch of black pepper. A delicious twist on a classic pie!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Apples, flour, sugar, butter, vegetable shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon, cardamon, ginger, cinnamon allspice, cloves, black pepper, egg.
