Gluten Free Peach Pie

We have tried our hand at gluten-free. It is as close to our pie dough as we are going to get, and has a luscious peach filling. Sweet, tart and flour free! 

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.

ingredients- peacb, gluten free flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, vegetable shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon.
