We decided make some little sweet treats for Valentines Day! These little pies are filled with a strawberry compote that is made with a hint of almond extract to deepen the flavor of the berries, then drizzled with vanilla icing and prettied up with Fancy Sprinkles! What better way to say I love you then with a pretty little package of yum?!
Each order contains 1/2 a dozen hand pies.
Ingredients: strawberries, flour, butter, sugar, powdered sugar, vegetable shortening, apple cider vinegar, almond extract, vanilla extract, salt, lemon juice, egg, corn starch, sprinkles.
