Happy New Year!!! To start this new year of new pies, we have made a sophisticated pie that is sure to win you over with her siren song. The Rhubarb Ginger pie is full of flavor and sass. Tart rhubarb, a little zing from the ginger, bringing out the layers of flavor. We balance this with just the right amount of sugar. This pie will keep you and yours warm on these chilly January nights!

Ingredients: rhubarb, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, ginger, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, salt, lemon juice, egg.
