Brown Sugar Pear Galette

This is a decadent galette. Pears are slowly cooked down with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla until they are sweet and caramelized. Then, wrapped in our signature dough. A perfect treat!

Ingredients: pears, flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable shortening, corn starch, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, Cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, egg.
