Brown Sugar Whiskey Plum Pie
We have a thing for plums. We have used their tart yet sweet flavor as a backdrop to many of our favorite pies and this one may sneak up to the top of that list. Brown sugar gives the plums a caramel flavor that compliments the hint of whiskey. It’s a sophisticated pie that bursts with flavor!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: plums, brown sugar, flour, butter, sugar, whiskey, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
