Lemon Blueberry Pie
Blueberry pie is one of the classics, and we are big fans. Our twist is that we add a hefty dose of lemon to enhance the berries sweet, bright flavor. By adding the zest into the filling and the crust, the pie gets all those lovely citrus notes all the way through. Sal of the classic children's book, Blueberries for Sal would approve.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Blueberries, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, lemon zest, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
