When rhubarb starts teasing with its glorious pink hue, it truly mean spring is coming and we are eager for warmer weather! We had a little bit of our tasty lemon pie dough left from all those blueberry pies we made, so we wrapped up some strawberries and rhubarb in its zesty embrace! The pies are a little sweet, a little tart, and a lot sentimental. If you like Strawberry Rhubarb, this is your next pie.

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.


Ingredients:  Strawberries, rhubarb, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, lemon zest, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
