Apple Blueberry Ginger Galette
Apples are the workhorse of the winter season, and luckily we happen to love any pie or tart with apples. This galette uses a mixture of apples including granny smith, honey crisp, fuji and pink lady and tosses them with some sugar, and ginger. Then, the galette gets a nice helping of blueberries to add an acidic and sweet punch. Ginger, apples, blueberries, oh my!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
