Apple Raspberry Pie


Apples are the workhorse of the winter season, and luckily we happen to love any pie or tart with apples. This pie uses a mixture of apples and tosses them with some sugar, and cinnamon. Then, the pie gets a nice helping of raspberries to add an acidic and sweet punch. Oh, and there’s that vibrant pink color that just makes us smile.

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.

Ingredients: Apples, raspberries, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, egg.
