This pie was inspired by a trip to Sweden! Their signature pastry is like a cinnamon bun but made with cardamom instead. I love how cardamom pairs with apricots and creates this heady combination. We also bought in the trip these gorgeous organic edible flower “sprinkles” which add that little special something to the pie!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: apricots, flour, butter, sugar, oats, brown sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, cardamom, edible flowers, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
