Our Blackberry Lime Pie is bright, sunny and full of flavor! We love blackberries for their complex flavor of sweetness with a subtle edge of tang, and when paired with a pop of citrus, they are delicious. The berries get tossed with lime zest and some lime juice creating a pie that sings.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
