Brown Butter Raspberry Pie
We love brown butter. It takes some effort to make and chill it to make the dough, but the nutty flavor it imparts is addictive. We paired this delicious dough with raspberries and a dash of vanilla to create a dynamic flavor bomb. The best parts of jam and toast. The flavors blend perfectly and when you top it with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream, you are immediately transported to pie heaven.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Raspberries, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
