Raspberry Pie with Hazelnut Streusel


We love raspberries baked into pie! They are an ideal sweet/tart fruit and when wrapped into a vanilla crust and topped with a crunchy sweet nutty topping, it’s a flavor explosion! Hazelnuts are a wonderful foil to the fruit and with brown sugar and butter you can’t go wrong! 

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.


Ingredients: Raspberries, flour, sugar, butter, vegetable shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon, cinnamon, hazelnuts, brown sugar, egg.
