We are bunny crazy! We decided to turn my favorite carrot cake into a pie!!! Moist carrot cake laced with spices and pecans and layered with a sweet cream cheese filling! All the things we love about carrot cake in pie form!!!
Ingredients: carrots, flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, pecans, baking soda, baking powder, vegetable shortening, cream cheese, oil, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, egg.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
