This is an unexpected twist on my favorite Apple Pie, the Chai Apple Pie. We have taken sweet pears and paired them with heady spices that make our apple pie sing! The pears love cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, allspice, cloves and a pinch of black pepper and so will you! A delicious twist on a classic pie!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: pears, flour, sugar, butter, vegetable shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon, cardamon, ginger, cinnamon allspice, cloves, black pepper, egg.
