Cherry Peach Crumble Galette

It's finally cherry season and we are excited and somewhat terrified! All those pits, but cherry pie happens to be a family favorite. These dark red cherries are sweet and when paired with Idaho peaches make a sweet combo. We cooked them all up into a decadent compote and then folded them into a galette with a Oat, brown sugar, butter crumble. Heaven!

Ingredients: cherries, peaches, flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, apple cider vinegar, almond extract, vanilla extract, salt, lemon juice, egg.
