We pulled out the last of our rhubarb stash to make this delicious pie. Combining sweet cherries with the tart rhubarb makes this magical flavor profile that sort of reminds me of a cherry jolly rancher. And, we couldn’t resist the name so close to Valentines Day! Cherub pie, oh my!
