Gluten Free Edible Flower Berry Pie
We had many requests for a gluten-free crust and after some experimenting, we came up with this one. It is as close to our pie dough as we are going to get. We adorned the crust with those gorgeous Edible flowers and filled it with a mix of sweet blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
ingredients- Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, edible flowers, gluten free flour, sugar, butter, shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon, egg
