Gluten Free Mixed Berry Ginger Pie


We had many requests for a gluten-free crust and after some experimenting, we came up with this one. It is as close to our pie dough as we are going to get. This one is filled with a mix of various berries.     

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.


ingredients- berries, gluten free flour, sugar, butter, shortening, vanilla extract, ginger, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon, egg
