We have tried our hand at gluten-free. It is as close to our pie dough as we are going to get, and has a luscious cherry filling with a hint of vanilla extract.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
ingredients- Cherries, gluten free flour, sugar, butter, vegetable shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon.
