This compote based galette sings with berry flavor. Marionberries are in the blackberry family, a little sweeter and less tart, so they marry wonderfully with the tart raspberry. We added some fresh rosemary to bring out a herbal flavor and just enough sugar to bring it home. This galette is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner or anytime you need a little sweet snack.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
