Happy New Year!!! To start this new year of new pies, we have made a sophisticated pie that is sure to win you over with her siren song. The Blackberry Balsamic pie is full of flavor and sass. Sweet blackberries get a little zing from the balsamic, bringing out the layers of flavor in the berry. We balance this with just the right amount of sugar and a hint of black pepper. This pie will keep you and yours warm on these chilly January nights!
