For the March Pie Club Pie we wanted to make something bright, sunny and full of flavor and we think our Blackberry Orange Pie is just that! We love blackberries for their complex flavor of sweetness with a subtle edge of tang, and when paired with a pop of citrus, they are delicious. The berries get wrapped in an orange zest laced dough and tossed with more zest and some orange juice creating a pie that sings.
