Raspberry Apricot Pie


We love apricots and as the season is so short, we try to use them in as many ways as possible. Combing this tart fruit with ruby red raspberries makes a dynamic combination. Once cooked, the fruit releases sweet, subtly tart juice and it is like you are eating the best piece of fresh homemade bread slathered in jam! Who says you can't have pie for breakfast!

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.

Ingredients: Raspberries, apricots, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, Vanilla Extract, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
