Raspberry Cocoa Crumble Pie


The Raspberry Cocoa Crumble is made with Mexican Hot Chocolate from Hernán, a boutique Gourmet food company specializing in award-winning Mexican culinary products. We took their hot chocolate mix and made with it a decadent Cocoa oat crumble. With cocoa and cacao powder, it’s gets a double hit of chocolate flavor. That topping gets added to a raspberry filling and BOOM! A flavor explosion! There is something about the hints of spice like cinnamon in the mix that really brings this pie to life. 

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.


Ingredients: raspberries, flour, butter, sugar, oats, brown sugar, vegetable shortening, cocoa, cacao, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, ginger, salt, lemon juice, egg.
