Raspberry Orange Rhubarb Pie


This pie a flavor explosion! Boy, is it delicious. Raspberries and rhubarb compliment each other are maybe my new favorite pairing. This pie is on the tart side, but has just enough sugar to let you indulge and enjoy! With the extra punch of orange, the flavors blend perfectly and when you top it with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream, you are immediately transported to pie heaven. 

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.

Ingredients: Rhubarb, raspberries, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, orange zest, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
