Raspberry Pear Pie with Fresh Thyme Crust
We got turned into a new combination of pears and raspberries by a lovely customer who had fond memories of a pie she had at county fair when she was younger, and added a Piedaho spin. We layered the fruit under our fresh thyme crust and created a perfect fall combination. Herbs and fruit together are dynamite! Together all these flavors with become a fond memory you have of our pies!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
