This pie is a warm hug. A layer of our spiced red berry compote sits underneath a mixture of apples tossed with some sugar, and cinnamon. You get all warm notes of the cloves, cardamom, ginger and allspice mixed with the sweetness of the berries and apples. A perfect winter pie.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
