Stone Fruit Party Crumble Pie


We are having a field day with stone fruits! We tossed in some sweet cherries, beautiful apricots, peaches, and a hint of almond extract. Sweet and tart with the crunch of the oat topping!  A new nostalgic pie that is perfect for sharing! And, we added some gorgeous new edible flower sprinkles from our trip to Sweden! I think this maybe my favorite summer pie! 

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.


Ingredients: cherries, apricots, peaches. flour, butter, sugar, oats, brown sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, edible flowers, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, almond extract salt, lemon juice, egg.
