Strawberry Almond Galette with Almond Frangipane


Traditional frangipane is made with almonds, so we thought we stay within the lines and use traditional frangipane with the seasons juicy strawberries. This galette is an easy substitute at brunch as it tastes like an almond croissant slathered with strawberry jam. Rich, and decadent, and maybe if you close your eyes you can imagine yourself in Paris!

Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
