Peach and Elderflower Galette
Peach season is short and we wanted to take advantage of it with as many treats as we could. This galette pairs sweet Idaho peaches with Elderflower syrup and creates this floral, fruity combination that if you close your eyes, will bring you back to summer in an instant!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Peaches, flour, butter, brown sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, sugar, Vanilla Extract, elderflower syrup, corn starch, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
